Fantastic, tight full package monitoring system by Neumann. Mixed and tracked tons of records on these for about 5 years. I really enjoyed the transient response with the closed box design and lack of bass ports.
The Neumann Alignment Software and Measurement Mic made tuning and time aligning the speakers to my room super easy and makes a HUGE difference.
The speakers are in excellent condition. As shown the subwoofer has some scratches and chips but functions perfectly.
Also included is cabling and converter to use the sub with an AES output. I ran it with out the Digital Output of an Apollo X16. This saves an additional layer of AD/DA conversion since the speakers DSP is digitally processed by the subwoofer. There is no noticeable latency from this.
Overall a great monitoring system for a great price! Ships in original packaging.
