Framus Nashville series, Texans were manufactured in Germany in 1974 they are highly favored for folk, jazz, and traditional sessions. Known for their robust build and unique specifications, these instruments are prized for their bright projection and playable, slim necks.

The banjo features a solid maple (11 inch) rim with a multi ply maple and mahogany resonator.. It is Equipped with a heavy metal archtop tone ring in patterned faux silver. Unlike standard designs, it utilizes a top-tension bracket hoop that allows players to adjust the head's tension without removing the resonator. The neck is constructed from solid Maple with a Rosewood fretboard with rigid white plastic frets and mother of pearl inlays, and an ornate headstock. The banjo is outfitted with an archtop design, 24 tension hooks, an adjustable tailpiece, and original German-made geared tuners.
