Talk about COOL!!

This 1972 Gibson Triumph Bass showed up and it was financial burden at first sight

This particular example has a few quirks to it that put it at a much better price point than other examples! The main factor being a minor headstock crack on the wing. We took the bass in, got some glue in there and clamped it up over the week and it’s as solid as a rock now! We gave it a pressure test and it passed with flying colors!

The body is in decent shape for its age! No structural damage is present but cosmetic wear is prevalent on this piece! Dings, scratches, finish chips, the works! There also looks to be a washer in place for one of the screws on the control plate. A piece looks to have chipped off at one point in time and the washer was added to help secure the plate better! Output jack looks to have cracked the surrounding plate, but it is holding very well!

All components to this piece look to be all original! This includes all hardware, plastics, pickups, etc!

The neck (aside from the repair) is in great shape! The original frets still have a decent amount of life left, and the truss rod is fully functional in both directions!

The original case is included!
