This is a 1953 Magnavox branded Jensen P12R speaker. Ribbed cone moves freely, no apparent coil rub. The speaker is not amp tested but reads 2.8 ohms, which leads me to believe it is a 4 ohm speaker. There is a small edge tear, which is very repairable.
