This is the second of three preproduction Rat inspired distortion pedals.
Our Steamboat Distortion pedal takes its name from my favorite Rat that recently entered the public domain.
Our circuit takes the traditional Rat design and tweaks it with three clipping options - LEDs, silicon diodes, and Shottky diodes for that germanium-esque tone.
We’ve built this pedal around a genuine TI OP07 IC and had the PCBs fabricated right here in the USA.
Our high quality ROHS compliant build features Lumberg audio jacks Pb free solder.
