Martin EB-18 1979–1982 - Natural
Our users rate Reverb
Up for sale is a vintage Martin EB-18 4-string electric bass guitar in very good cosmetic and structural condition. Featuring Martin's classic natural wood, neck-through-body construction with running stripes, this instrument is structurally rock-solid, plays beautifully, and looks excellent for its age.
Please note that this bass has been modified from its stock configuration to be a highly versatile "player's instrument":
- Upgraded Bridge: The original bridge has been replaced with a vintage Leo Quan Badass® bridge for improved sustain and precise intonation.
- Added Bridge Pickup: The body has been routed to accommodate an additional single-coil/J-style bridge pickup alongside the original neck humbucker, controlled by an added mini-toggle switch.
The finish shows minor, honest cosmetic wear consistent with age, but no major damage. It comes resting in the hard case pictured.
