As you know, this is a single channel hardwire true bypass loop pedal. It has a power input for the LED but can work without it if you don't need the indicator light. I was using this to minimize tap dancing when switching from strumming to fingerstyle acoustic, cutting on up to 3 pedals at once. I decided to go with another solution because this unit does have an issue common to true bypass systems- it makes a loud popping sound when activated in my setup. This is NOT a malfunction or poorly functioning unit. This is just common for true bypass pedals, especially those not functioning with relay-based switching. This unit has velcro hook on the back (hence the very good designation instead of excellent). If you need a simple loop, this might be what you're looking for.
