The Gladio is one of the most sophisticated and musically compelling dual-channel preamp/overdrive pedals available, hand-built in Italy and widely regarded as among the finest boutique preamps on the market. Housed in a beautifully machined brushed aluminium enclosure, it provides two fully independent and complete preamp channels — each with its own Gain, Volume and Tone controls — switchable independently or simultaneously via dedicated footswitches. The central toggle switch section provides further deep voicing options shared between the channels: a Comp toggle for compression voicing, a central S/D (Series/Dynamic) routing switch that determines how the two channels interact, and a Jazz/Rock voicing toggle that fundamentally shifts the character of the gain structure. The result is a pedal capable of covering an extraordinary range of tones — from clean, glassy jazz to warm vintage crunch to full, modern rock overdrive — all within a single, beautifully crafted unit.

Condition: Very Good. One area of visible scratching on the front-left face of the aluminium enclosure, clearly documented in the photos — a characteristic inherent to the raw brushed aluminium finish of this pedal, which is particularly susceptible to surface marking. The top face and all controls are in excellent condition. No velcro residue. All controls, switches and jacks work correctly. Complete with original box.
