I bought this from an old guy in GJ who had sent this Valve King 100 mkII into Peavy for a service in 2022. There was a warranty issue and they ended up replacing the entire chassis. So this head was basically brand new with brand new tubes when I got it. I used this amp for over two years with a 1960a 4x12 cab before I had to replace the power tubes in February 2026, so it's back to like new condition after a $250.00 service, I have receipts. EXH power /JJ Preamp tubes installed. I just bought a new amp, so this one's got to go. This would be a great studio amp, it has the 100 watt thump that the el84's just don't have and has a killer sounding xlr direct out. I did a face plate mod to help it run cooler (recommended) It's all put back together now.
