The Dirty Shirley is Friedman Amplification's take on the classic British-voiced overdrive, capturing the same intuitive control set found on the legendary Dirty Shirley amplifier. Designed by Dave Friedman — builder of choice for some of the world's most demanding players — this pedal delivers rich, harmonically complex overdrive tones ranging from warm, touch-sensitive breakup to thick, saturated lead tones, with a full 6-knob control layout that allows for precise amp-like tone shaping. The Tight switch on the side adds an additional voicing option, tightening the low end response for a more focused and punchy feel.
