This is a very rare first issue vintage modified stratocaster. These guitars came with the smaller headstocks and look more like the classic vibe series as apposed to the late 60s / 70s large headstocks that the later models have.
There are some general signs of use with a couple of small nicks and dings in areas and one large paint chip around the neck pocket (see images) these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the playability of the instrument.
