Available now is this amazing 2003 limited edition Epiphone les paul custom finished in the iconic “Bullseye” Zakk wylde design, with gold hardware. This guitar was made at the Unsung factory in Korea in early 2003, and this factory is famous for the great quality of guitars manufactured here at the time, often rivaling and sometimes even exceeding Gibson USA Quality. This example is no different, playing great and remains in excellent condition for its age, having spent most of its life in the case. It has only a couple surface marks, notably on top of the headstock and a few blemishes on the body. These are not deep, and are purely cosmetic not affecting playability in any way.
This guitar sports a solid mahogany body with a carved maple top paired with a hard maple neck with a ‘60s slim taper profile and a rosewood fretboard with pearloid block inlays. It is fitted with EMG HZ humbuckers which offer a balanced frequency response, punchy mids, and a warm, open sound that reacts naturally to your picking dynamics. Gold Grover Rotomatic tuners, black speed knobs and locktone tune-o-matic bridge with a stop bar tailpiece complete the high quality specifications of this guitar. Controls are 2 Volume, 2 Tone and 3 way switching as usual.
This guitar has been set up with ernie ball 10 gauge strings and plays well with low action and no buzz. It is in great condition as shown in the photos above. This guitar is perfect for aspiring guitarists to seasoned professionals who are looking for a lovely instrument! Comes complete with a fitted hard case to protect it.
