GE 12V6GT Tubes, Matched Pair, NOS Testing, Matched Codes

These tubes have gray plates and halo getters. Matching date codes from 1956.

They were tested on my Dan Nelson calibrated TV-7/B. They have been tested for plate current (Ip), shorts, gas, and transconductance. The tubes test very strong with readings of 82/30 mA and 84/32 mA. Minimum is 46.

Tubes are described, tested, and presented to the best of my ability, subject to the limitations of the equipment that I have available (Hickok 539C and several TV-7’s). Test results are likely to vary some between your equipment and mine due to the imprecise nature of 60-year-old consumer-grade test equipment.

About me. I have over 62 years of experience in many facets of electronics design and repair. I have been working with tubes since I was 12 years old. I am an active ham radio operator and have been for 62 years. I’m a retired electrical engineer with 30 years in the Semiconductor industry. I’ve been collecting, buying, and selling tubes and other tube based equipment since the 1980s, and have been a Reverb seller since 2020. The pictures you see are of the actual tube(s) you’ll receive.

I will ship international.
