Eastman E20OM-MR-TC Thermo-Cured Adirondack/Madagascar Rosewood Orchestra Model Acoustic Guitar #9591

Rare Madagascar Rosewood body with thermo-cured adirondack spruce top. Great OM model from Eastman in excellent condition. I have played the guitar often in my smoke-free home but it has not traveled or gigged. It has lived in its humidified case when not being played.

The action and setup is wonderful and, after a couple of years breaking in, it is opening up to a very sweet high end, rich low end (especially for a guitar this size) with rich harmonics. I am selling as part of downsizing. It has more depth in tone than a Taylor this size, and it has a lusher upper range than the 000 Martins I have owned. Overall a unique sound suited for fingering picking, strumming, and alternate tunings (though be mindful tuning too far down since this is short scale).

If you can find them new they are price a little over $2,600.
