We have no idea who the manufacturer was, it has a screw on back like a Gibson UB but with 6 screws instead of 4, and a similar head stock. very high quality, with a clean original hard case, with the tuner key. The headstock has a plaque that says "Platt Music, Los Angeles". Plays fine, no issues really to point at and explain away. Thanks for looking!
