The AKG C414 B-ULS is one of the most sought-after versions of the 414 family. It's the last transformer-coupled 414 and is prized for its neutral response, smooth top end, and versatility. Many engineers actually prefer it over some of the newer transformerless models. I purchased new in 1996. Rarely used. Kept in home studio mic locker. Some paint scratches but still in great condition for a 30 year old mic. The only issue is the exposed tip of the multi-pattern switch has broken off. But it's still easy to switch patterns by simply inserting a toothpick and sliding to the next pattern. Comes with shock-mount. Serial# 40272.
