Up for sale is a unique vintage Fender Jazzmaster in excellent working and playing condition. The body is from a 1960 year model while the neck is a 1967 thin C with pearloid block inlays and binding. The headstock was repaired several decades ago and whoever did the repair at that time did an incredible job.
What's installed that is NOT original: A new relic pickguard, a Fender USA Johnny Marr 7.25" radius bridge and a USA reissue vibrato with a Staytrem collet and arm. Volume and tone plastic knobs. The G&G case.
What IS original and included: The original bridge, vibrato unit and pickguard are included (see photo). Everything is original to the body electronics wise except for the volume and tone pots of the lead circuit. Yes, the original 1960 black bobbin pickups are in there and they sound incredible. The rhythm circuit pots are dated 1960.
This vintage JM is setup and ready to be played. The neck is very comfortable and a lot thinner than you'd expect for a '67 with binding and inlays.
I will ship it out quickly and safely with insurance!
