Gemeinhardt is one of the best known American flute makers and their flutes have been some of the most popular student and intermediate flutes in the US for decades. The 3OSB has a solid silver Custom “J” cut headjoint with white gold riser. The flute also has a solid silver body and foot, white gold springs, open hole keywork, offset G, and low B foot with gizmo key.

This flute is in outstanding condition and has just been fully disassembled, cleaned, reassembled, adjusted, and tested. The flute is plays beautifully from top to bottom. It has a full, rich, resonant sound across all registers. Wonderful dark, sweet, controlled upper register. Fluid mechanism in perfect adjustment. Excellent scale.this flute has seen only minimal use from a very serious student, for about a year and a half. It was responsibly used, cleaned and maintained. There are light signs of normal use, but no abuse. The instrument looks great - cosmetically a 9+/10. Beautiful instrument.

The flute comes in the original Gemeinhardt hardshell French case that is likewise in excellent, clean condition. It also comes with the original cleaning rod. The case is 9+/10 cosmetically. The case comes in the original Gemeinhardt nylon case cover with zippered pocket for accessories. The case cover shows some wear and signs of storage/use on the exterior. The case cover is about an 8/10 cosmetically.
