The microphone and case are in great condition. They've been stored for over a decade, safely in a closet. Prior to that, this mic saw very little occasional use in an in-home studio. The case opens and closes like it did when it was new. I could not locate the clip, but it appears to be standard. I plugged it in to my current setup and it sounds perfect, like it did fresh out of the box.
