Up for sale is a rare find! A Custom shop Martin CEO-7 (00-14 fret sloped shoulder/ 12 fret neck) 12 string acoustic guitar. This black beauty was made in 2016 custom built in USA for Tom Lee music in Canada. One of two that were made. The guitar is sold with a TKL Martin 5-ply hard shell, 534 cabernet case ordered with the instruments so it is a perfect fit. It also includes the custom shop booklet, trust rod allen key, hard case key and Martin care and feeding booklet. I emailed martin custom shop and got the full build spec sheet from them for the guitar.
The instrument shows some minor signs of play. Mainly to the thin sheen satin finish lacquer is worn a little in some areas. No scratches, cracks, dents or dings. The fit and finish lacks in a few area (see pictures) on the left shoulder between the top binding. The top nut near the neck and around the bridge. The wood on the top bridge area has settled with a slight rise. Affecting the finish around the bridge. Common with 12 string guitars. I am being very particular with the instruments as it is a high value guitar and want to be very picky. No surprises when delivered. We are a second hand seller of the instrument. One original owner sold it to us, they bought the instrument from Tom Lee music. They said they didn't play the guitar very much. Any issues are cosmetic and don't hinder the play-ability of the instrument. The first pics are nice and professional and the other pics detail any issues.
