Late 40’s Kay 46

Fully serviced and ready for the stage/studio. Neck reset/refret/benedetto bridge/new heel cap. Set up with Nickel 12’s with room to move at 6/64 bass side and 4/64 treble side.

Normal wear for an 80+ year old instrument. Some light blushing around the heel. Owner before me replaced the tuners and tailpiece.

This series of Kay archtops rivaled the carved tops of the era. Piano tight low end and focused/cutting top end. Leads or rhythm, this is a spectacular guitar.

These don’t often show up, especially with this amount of care put into them.
