For sale is a DPA 5100 Mobile Surround Microphone, a compact professional 5.1 recording system designed for film, documentary, broadcast, sports, concert, ambience and immersive audio recording.
The DPA 5100 provides discrete Left, Center, Right, Left Surround, Right Surround and LFE analogue outputs without requiring external matrixing or signal processing. The six electronically balanced channels are carried through the supplied multipin Lemo-to-6-XLR breakout cable.
The microphone is lightweight and portable and can be mounted on a microphone stand, boom or suspension system. It uses five miniature transducers, with three time-aligned front microphones and two spaced omnidirectional rear microphones.

Le DPA 5100 permet d’enregistrer directement les canaux Left, Center, Right, Left Surround, Right Surround et LFE, sans nécessiter de matrice ni de traitement externe. Les six sorties analogiques symétriques sont disponibles au moyen du câble multipaire Lemo vers 6 XLR.
Le microphone est léger, facilement transportable et peut être installé sur un pied, une perche ou suspendu. Son architecture repose sur cinq capsules miniatures, avec trois microphones frontaux alignés temporellement et deux capsules arrière omnidirectionnelles.
