Fender Precision Bass Fretless 1977 - Natural

This is a lovely all-original 1977 fretless Fender Precision. I'm the third owner of this bass, and the person I acquired it from had it since 1980. This bass is on the lighter side at just 8 lbs, 14 oz.
The rosewood fingerboard is absolutely flawless, and contributes to the perfect low setup with no uneven spots. The truss rod is fully functional, and the neck is exactly where it should be.
The pickguard has a few warped areas that don't affect fitment. The original poly finish is in wonderful shape minus a small handful of cracks and scuffs due to being almost 50 years old.
The OHSC is in wonderful shape both inside and out. All latches work, the handle is securely attached, and the red plush interior is stain-free with no tears or peeling.
The original pickup and bridge covers are included. The original foam from the bridge cover is long gone. The thumb rest is the only "missing piece".
It kind of pains me to let this one go, but I don't play it enough to justify keeping it. This one needs to be loved and played. It feels too good to not be on stage on a regular basis.
