Tom Anderson T Icon 2023 - Mary Kaye White “Vince Gill Blackgaurd”

Up for your consideration is a beautiful left handed Tom Anderson T Icon. As a tele lover I have always wanted a really killer playing, feeling and sounding blackguard. So in talking with Roy at Anderson Guitarworks, along with some outside influence I speced this beauty out just the way I wanted. Once I owned a Dusenburg Starplayer TV model that had this beautiful sounding humbucker sized P90 in the neck, so in building this telecaster, while I have “standard“ telecaster configurations in the stable I wanted to add a unique and toneally useable twist to this guitar! So in choosing my pickups the PH1- in the bridge gives you that incredible bridge pickup sound, while the TV3 in the neck gives you warm, rich harmonic tones similar to a humbucker but slightly more musical to my ear! Shift these 2 in the middle position and it’s glorious folks! What can I say, while I hate to part with this beautiful guitar i can say, this is one of this best sounding feeing and playing guitars I’ve ever owned and played! I encourage everyone to get on Toms website and read about these specific pickups along with their neck profiles! This neck is to die for!! This is the best “modern feeling“ vintage inspired guitar I’ve owned!!
