Pope Audio 2020 BAX Beast and drive EQ.
500 Series Baxendall style EQ featuring an Avedis 1122 input discrete op-amp and a second 1122 driving into a transformer on the output.

You will need a 500 series rack to use this.

Works as it should. I purchased them used here on Reverb last year.
Very nice sounding EQ. In my opinion they bring a nice sheen to the source.
The op amps and transformer bring some color to your audio.

They do have some rivets on the L plate where the electronics are attached.
You can't mount them next to something flush on the left side of the EQ.
So an EQ like the API 550a that has a metal shielding cover can't be to the left
of this unit. This also can't be mounted all the way to the left side of a rack that is flush like
the Purple Audio Sweet Ten. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
