Gretsch Anniversary 6118 guitar in two tone smoke green color. It is from February 2001. It is very well preserved and sounds spectacular. Gretsch case included.
2001 is within the 1989 - 2002 revival era. Fred W. Gretsch (great-grandson of the founder) buys back the company. Production begins at the Japanese plant in Terada.
In 2002 Fender bought the company.
