You’d be hard pressed to find an example of a near 30 year old PRS McCarty Hollowbody I in such clean, unused condition.

Featuring a 10 Top in Amber, wrapped around with mahogany neck, back and sides.

The guitar has been setup, fresh strings, and is ready for its forever home.

Near Mint, save for one tiny bit on the headstock side. Please check photos closely, I’d be happy to provide more photos and video for you.

Although this is an american made guitar, meaning no tariff, there still can be some brokerage / handling fees. It’s a dice roll, sometimes no fee at all, sometimes $25, sometimes $125. Model Specifications (1998)

The 1998 Hollowbody I was part of the McCarty series and is characterized by its specific tonewood construction and "violin carve".

It features a carved maple top and a carved mahogany back and sides. This differs from the Hollowbody II, which used maple for both the top and back.

Equipped with McCarty Archtop pickups, which are low-output humbuckers designed for vintage clarity and note separation.
