OBO. Just had this appraised by a very reputable and knowledgeable luthier. It is a 1910 to 1915 German Maggini copy. Without being setup at all he said it was worth "at least 1500 and up probably more." In great condition NO CRACKS NO SEPARATIONS. Don't be fooled by the cosmetic markings on the top. Someone must have played this a lot in the last 100 years. Great clarity and volume on this. Bass sounds great, high end sounds great. Piercing high end but not weak or annoying. Just an all around killer violin. 2 peice back "Charlie Brown color." 4 corner blocks and he said a "phenomenal bass bar!" It just had a fresh setup with a new bridge and soundpost and Prim strings and it notes great. It's a beautiful old fiddle. I set this up how I like it. I imagine a seasoned luthier could set it up to sound even better. Perfect for me though. I put the condition as very good despite the blemishes in the finish because there are no structural issues 115 years later.
