I have a 2024 Fender American Ultra Luxe Telecaster here. With its hard shell case, paperwork, and strap locks. It weighs 8 lb 2 oz.
Conditionally the guitar looks beautiful.
Note that it has a new premium USA Paradox black gloss pickguard. Pretty much a direct replacement. The original film sticker sleeve protector is still on it, which may make it look satin in the pictures, it is definitely gloss black. You can peel that off the film layer whenever you are ready.
The body top shows just the faintest traces only of superficial swirling, with no buildup or accumulation of any surface swirling. Also note that it has a brand new USA Paradox black pickguard. You can look them up here on Reverb. They make some of the absolute best pickguards. The original film sticker sleeve protector is still on it, so you can peel that off whenever you're ready. That makes it look a little satin in the pictures. It is definitely shiny high gloss black under the film sticker sleeve. So the body top looks fantastic. The hardware and finish look transparent and shiny. There are no dings or bumps.
The body sides and edges look excellent across the perimeter. I found just the faintest traces of use just above the lower strap button. Faint little traces of swirling, but no bumps or chips or dings. And no buildup of any soft playwear.
The body back looks exceptionally clean, showing no buckle rash or worming. Nor did I find any singular marks. Any superficial swirling will be absolutely minimal to nonexistent. There's no buildup of any soft swirling or low intensity pattern playwear.
The neck shaft contour looks and feels excellent with nothing to report there. The headstock likewise looks super clean with no chips or dings. The glorious stainless steel frets are tall and full, showing no pitting or oxidation. The setup plays fantastic with a nice low action, an easy playing feel, and no buzzing. The original electronics are working like they should. The hard shell case is in excellent condition.
This one rates a 9.7/10 and grades as excellent. This is on the higher side of excellent. This is the better side of what I ever see in a used guitar. A near mint beautiful guitar. It is structurally and sonically sound and plays and sounds as good as it looks.
The Ultraluxe Tele is of course the successor to the Ultra, and previously Elite series which succeeded the American Deluxe series. To be fair to Fender there actually Is some interesting changes done in this incarnation. I would recommend you check out the full specs at Fender. It has stainless steel frets and an ash body, and sculpted neck heel notably.
This is simply a fantastic version of the Telecaster. I would not call it modern so much as timeless because it has both the classic look of the Tele and tonal versatility through modern electronics. I consider it a contemporary masterpiece and am thoroughly impressed with it.
Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally and on my own Site as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged On Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.
I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.
Thank you for reading and considering!
