Critter is a small boutique operation out of Detroit Michigan this American Fuzz is Critters MUFF circuit and runs at 18v on charge pump - 100% Big Muff but on steroids. It is half original and half civil war style muff. This pedal has a charge pump and half of the circuit runs at 18v with the 9v you supply it. It does this by making the ground -9v! Half of the circuit is op-amp based, half is transistor based. On this circuit you will get real nuance of flavors belting outta your speakers - its nice but has a few chips in the paint as critter mostly just hits the pedals with a rattle can and soon they have a road worn look - Critter pedals are reliable and hold up under real working environments.
