Very nice example of a 2010's Serge, the DSG's functionally resemble the "Series 79" versions, which are not as useful as audio oscillators due to limited oscillation range, but should be great for most other "control" uses: slew, envelope, LFO, etc. Modules are as follows:

  • DSG
  • DSG
  • Wave Multiplier
  • Resonant EQ
  • Matrix Mixer

Resonant EQ/Wave Mult are particularly nice sounding examples.

Matrix mixer is very useful, it's DC coupled which means it can be useful for either control or audio signals. There are banana as well as 1/4" inputs and outputs for easy interface with other systems.

Switches at the outputs select unipolar or bipolar scaling. With bipolar, the zero is in the center, fully counterclockwise gives -1 gain, clockwise +1 gain. With unipolar, the standard 0-1 range applies.

Power connector is unusual (Cinch Jones), please see picture! This is more consistent with series 79 serge, but should probably be changed to be compatible with modern systems.

Electrically, panel is compatible with all standard +/-12V supplies and has been tested with STS PS4. Power supply not included.
