This is an authentic, quality USA-made, boutique analog clean boost pedal built in the USA by LSL Instruments!
The manufacturer, recognized primarily for high-end custom guitars, designed this circuit to provide straightforward volume boost and gain enhancement without adding additional EQ controls!
It features a high-headroom circuit designed around the standard TL072 op-amp chip, providing an adjustable volume increase up to +26dB.
The single-knob layout functions across a wide spectrum, moving from a subtle signal lift up to a robust volume increase capable of pushing many tube amplifier front ends into natural overdrive.
According to reviews, player feedback and user demonstrations, the circuit works exceptionally well with both single-coil and humbucker-equipped guitars, smoothly lifting weak pickups to match high-output instruments on the fly.
