The Martin D Jr E StreetMaster is proof that a great acoustic doesn't have to be full-sized to sound full. As an authorized Martin dealer, we've become big fans of the Junior Series because they deliver everything players love about a Martin in a package that's easier to live with. Comfortable enough for the couch, capable enough for the stage, and built to travel, this is the kind of guitar you'll find yourself reaching for every day.
With its beautifully distressed StreetMaster finish, the D Jr E looks like an old friend from the very first strum. Built entirely from solid sapele, it produces a warm, punchy voice with focused mids, crisp highs, and impressive projection for its compact dreadnought body. The scalloped spruce X-bracing helps the top resonate freely, giving the guitar a lively, dynamic response whether you're fingerpicking, flatpicking, or strumming big open chords. Martin's updated Junior body offers the comfort of a smaller instrument while maintaining the bold character that has made the dreadnought one of the most iconic acoustic guitar designs ever created.
The full 24.9-inch scale length, Performing Artist neck profile, and High-Performance Taper create an effortless playing experience that feels instantly familiar. Plug in with the Martin E1 electronics and you'll have natural, balanced amplified tone along with a built-in soundhole tuner that's always ready when you need it. Whether you're writing songs, recording, or heading to your next gig, the D Jr E StreetMaster is built to go wherever the music takes you.
