Known throughout the music education community as a premier introductory instrument, the Amadeus model is specifically crafted to provide young beginners with a reliable tone, solid tuning stability, and an easy-playing layout.

This fractional 1/4-scale instrument is constructed with a solid spruce top and maple back, finished in a warm, traditional reddish-amber spirit varnish. It comes ready to play as a starter bundle with an included horsehair student bow and a lightweight padded case.

The violin and bow are in Used – Good Condition, while the case is functional but has a specific hardware flaw noted below.

• Body & Finish: The finish is clean and smooth overall, showing typical minor signs of student handling, such as faint surface marks and tiny edge scuffs from normal lesson use. The wood body is free of any open seams, cracks, or structural issues.
• Fingerboard & Setup: The ebony fingerboard is straight and true. The maple bridge is properly carved, standing upright, and well-seated on the soundboard. The ebony tuning pegs fit snugly and hold their pitch reliably under tension.
• Bow: The included student bow is straight, with a fully functional frog, smooth tension screw, and a complete layer of horsehair ready for rosin.
• Case Note (Fair/Functional Condition): The lightweight, shaped canvas-covered case protects the instrument perfectly and features a molded plush interior. However, one of the main exterior zippers is broken and needs replacement. The case can still be zipped closed or secured via the auxiliary fasteners/flaps, but a slider or full zipper repair will be required if you intend to use both tracks seamlessly.
