Caroline Guitar Company Wave Cannon Zero Distortion Pedal

Unleash shattering saturation and disgustingly destroyed tones with the Wave Cannon Zero from Caroline Guitar Company, a distortion pedal with a penchant for panic-inducing fuzz and full-on havoc. At its core, the Wave Cannon Zero provides familiar controls for seekers of broken and blown-out tones. The top left control adjusts output volume, while the top right control introduces gain into the circuit. Control the response of this distortion with the lower left tone control, and dial in the shape or voicing of this saturation from an open, low-end rumble to a focused mid frequency presence with the shape control. The left footswitch offers bypass control over this effect, summoning a wide variety of tones with these basic controls alone.

Where things start to get hairy are in the Wave Cannon Zero's Volts control and unique Havoc mode. The Volts control provides tone torturers with a tried and true weapon for urging distorted gnarliness from circuits by starving their components of operating voltage. This creates the effect of a dying battery as the knob pushes counterclockwise, bringing about misbehaviors and symptomatic sonic treats as the circuit manages its austere position. For the brave, explore the Havoc control by engaging the right footswitch and adjusting the Havoc knob, which introduces a gritty feedback oscillation into your tone that cuts into a mix like molten lava. Use this control in momentary or latching mode for performative control that fits your playing style.

Despite the far reaches of Wave Cannon Zero's potential offering sheer destruction at every turn, the pedal is capable of a vast timbral palette of beautiful break-up distortion tones. Likewise, the pedal is highly responsive, rewarding expressive playing with subtle adjustments to the distortion character for an organic and lively playing experience. If you have a taste for treacherous tones and caustic audio processing, the Wave Cannon Zero from Caroline Guitar Company is here to wreak Havoc on any signal you throw at it.
