Exceptional 1959 spec American Vintage Reissue 2008 Thin Skin AVRI Stratocaster in classic Sherwood green.
I’m the second owner of this beauty. Below I’ve listed the upgrades and changes the original owner had done professionally and the guitars factory specs.
- fat C maple neck
- dark slab rosewood fretboard
- thin skin nitro finish
- lacquer on back of neck removed and gun oil finish added by Philtone Baltimore
- new American Vintage single coil pickups
- bridge replaced with Callahan vintage s bridge assembly
- Plek fret leveling
- Buzz Feiten tuning system
- Dunlop strap locks
- 7.5 lbs
This is the best Strat I’ve ever owned. The light weight and upgrades really make this a top shelf instrument.
