I have not registered the Moog warranty on this pedal. So you should still be able to register via their website. I tried this a couple of times and just have no use for the ring modulator. Outstanding build quality from Asheville though and I love my other Minifoogers. I just wanted to pass this one along.
The Moog MF Ring Minifooger Pedal is rugged stompbox sized analog ring modulator based on its big brother Moogerfooger MF-102, the best-selling Ring Mod in the world. An incredibly musical pedal with a wide range, it has a unique voicing circuit that enables you to do everything from octave-shifts, choral dissonance, harmonic undertones, synthesized leads, to pushing things way beyond the stratosphere. It has three knobs for a simple control layout: Freq, Mix, and Tone.
Freq tunes the frequency of a carrier oscillator to the root note of a scale, going anywhere from a chorus-y effect at its lowest setting, to a synthesized and robotic tone at its maximum. The Mix knob sets the amount of input versus the modulated signal. And Tone applies a filter circuit to the effected signal. With this, you can leave the high frequency chime in, or dial it down for added warmth and musicality - a really cool feature that adds a lot of depth to your tone. The Moog MF Ring Minifooger Pedal also has an expression pedal input that can control the Freq knob hands-free. It's true bypass, 100% analog, and requires a 9V power supply, but can also be battery powered.
