Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E Mahogany Electro Acoustic Guitar - Natural

The Fender California Deluxe Redondo Jr. E Mahogany brings full-voiced performance to a highly portable, travel-friendly layout. Built specifically for musicians who need a more compact acoustic-electric profile without sacrificing acoustic richness, this junior-sized dreadnought fits comfortably in transit while delivering an expressive voice well suited to home practice, studio writing, and live tracking.

Solid Mahogany Soundboard for Warm, Mid-Range Depth

Unlike traditional spruce-topped instruments, this model features a solid mahogany top that yields an earthy acoustic response with a prominent, focused mid-range and smooth highs. This solid soundboard is supported by internal scalloped X-bracing, allowing the top wood to flex freely for heightened resonance and punchy projection. Paired with durable laminated mahogany back and sides, the body provides a resilient construction that stands up to temperature shifts while maintaining a consistent tonal depth.

Comfortable Short-Scale Neck and Playability

Designed with a compact layout, the guitar features a user-friendly 24" (61 cm) scale length that reduces string tension, making complex chord variations and single-note lines easier on the fingers. The mahogany neck is carved into an ergonomic slim "C" shape to provide a fast, familiar electric-style feel that reduces hand fatigue. It is paired with a durable walnut fingerboard carrying a 12" (30.5 cm) radius and a standard 43 mm nut width, balancing accessible fingering near the nut with clean execution across all 20 frets.

Integrated Fishman Electronics for Stage and Studio Plug-In

Equipped with an onboard Fishman CD-1 preamp system, this electro-acoustic ensures a smooth transition to amplified environments. The preamp circuit captures the warm, foundational frequencies of the mahogany body wood, providing a dependable, low-noise signal direct to a PA system or acoustic amplifier. Fitted with controls for volume, bass, and treble, alongside a practical phase control to curb feedback, the module is rounded out by a built-in electronic tuner for fast pitch adjustments on the fly.
