It features the hardware and cosmetic changes introduced in late 1960, including gold top-hat knobs with silver reflector inserts, double-ring Kluson tuners, and a fast, low-action 1960 SlimTaper neck profile.

The guitar is built with a solid mahogany body, a carved figured maple top, and a vibrant 1960s Cherry Burst gloss finish designed to replicate the fade-resistant "tomato soup" burst of the original late-60 models.
