Ok first off let me say I have all the original parts included so don't give me grief about it not being all original.

That being said, I don't buy guitars to keep them in my closet in unplayable condition.

For this 1978 Gibson Les Paul custom which I have owned since 2003, bought at the original main drag music in brooklyn, I have made a few modifications which greatly improve the playability and sound of the guitar.

First up is the 1958 Virgil Arlo Humbuckers I popped in which absolutely beat the crap out of the stock pickups. The original pickups are in the case so if you want to make the guitar sound shittier you can pop in the originals.

Next up I added Graphtech Ratio tuners. Don't worry, I got the original tuners included in the case.

The Graphtech Ratio tuners still weren't enough to keep the guitar from slipping out of tune so I added the String Butler v3 which is the greatest thing to ever happen to my gibson guitars. Finally they stay in tune!

I also put straplocks on it, and again don't worry the original strap buttons are included in the case.

If you want a highly playable 70's gibson les paul this is the one! In very nice condition! very well maintained. Huge sound! Gonna miss this guitar but I got to pay the damn rent.
