This handmade pedal preamp comes from gclefs,h a Japanese brand known only to connoisseurs, where every step of the manufacturing process is handled solely by a single builder.

This is Version 2, a refined update to a model already renowned as the ultimate pedal preamp. It features a passive emulator?a hallmark of this unit?and now includes a volume control, a feature absent from the previous model. Additionally, the LoMid and HiMid controls now feature adjustable frequency bands, making this model even more versatile and user-friendly.

PassiveEmu (Passive Emulator)
Emulength is enabled when the PassiveEmu switch is ON (red LED).
Emulength reproduces the high-frequency roll-off that occurs in passive basses due to cable length.
A 4-position switch allows you to select from four virtual cable lengths: 3m, 5m, 7m, and 10m.
The 3m setting is at the far left; turning the switch to the right increases the length.
If the bass connected to the input is an active bass or is producing a low-impedance signal after passing through other effects pedals, the difference in Emulength settings may be difficult to perceive.
Note
The unit supports DC 9V?24V with a current of 300mA or more. For any voltage, we recommend using a standalone power adapter capable of delivering at least 300mA.
If using a power supply, please use an isolated unit capable of delivering 300mA or more. It does not operate on 9V alkaline batteries.
It shows slight signs of use but is in good condition. It functions perfectly.
