US made Fender ‘52 Reissue, Jan/Mat 2000 build. Guitar has been played sparingly over the years as it was owned by a gentleman who played stand-up bass primarily and just wanted a guitar in his studio to use on occasion. Shows some play wear and has light swirls on the pickguard, but is in excellent overall condition for being 26 years old. Minimal fretwear as shown in the photos.
Sounds and plays incredible. Pickups are original and imo sound exactly like you’d want a T-style guitar to sound. Weighs in at 7.2 lbs according to my scale.
Upgraded with StewMac compensated saddles and comes with original tweed hardshell case and the paperwork/candy as shown. Note that the case has some scuffs and one of the latches will need to be fixed or replaced (right hand side). No big deal but I try to be fully transparent.
