The Jad Freer Luce is a studio-quality, transformer-based tube DI box in a compact pedal format. It features:
• Unity-gain (1:1) tube preamp with a premium low-noise ECC88/6922 tube
• OEP/Carnhill audio transformer (British console-style warmth and depth)
• Active summing stage — plug in two instruments at once
• Additional unbalanced tube-driven output
• -10 dB PAD switch
• Ground lift on the XLR DI out
• Super quiet operation and excellent frequency response
It adds beautiful subtle tube warmth, smoothness, and density to your tone without heavy coloration or drive — ideal for live bass, direct to FOH, or studio recording. Makes your signal feel more alive and professional.
Great for pedalboard use (runs on standard 9V 400mA center-negative power).
