This is an incredibly rare and beautiful playing and looking instrument.

This is not your every day run of the mill JG-66 MIJ. This is a rare and upgraded beauty. Sought after for being a top model. Has the mark on lower bout, but does not impede on strap and it is not at all visible. A few other very minor signs of play. No buckle rash.

Fender Japan JG-65BVSP Jaguar, Made in Japan, T-prefix serial (2007-2008). Factory bound neck, 3-Tone Sunburst finish (3TS), Vintage Special (VSP) model with nitrocellulose topcoat. Upgraded with Seymour Duncan ProShop SJAG-1 Vintage Jaguar pickups. Original Fender Japan pickups included. Neck heel stamped JG-65BVSP confirming model designation and 3T on body for the color designation is correct from factory and all authentic.

Rare, upgraded model. Neck and body both correctly marked as shown. Only two of these listed and this one has upgraded pickups with originals and is an earlier year.

Professionally set up with 11’s and ready to play.

This is an upgraded and much cooler guitar than a standard JG-66 or regular CIJ Jaguar. The VSP models were among Fender Japan’s highest-spec offset offerings of that era And are renowned today for their quality, wood and component selection.
