This beautiful Buffet Crampon Tosca A clarinet was manufactured circa 2011–2012, during the period when the Tosca had firmly established itself as Buffet's flagship professional clarinet. Developed in collaboration with renowned clarinetists Michael Arrignon, Paul Meyer, and Pascal Moraguès, the Tosca is celebrated for its exceptional intonation, effortless response, and rich, refined tone that combines warmth with remarkable projection.

The grenadilla wood body and silver-plated keywork are in excellent condition, showing virtually no visible wear. 

The instrument is crack-free.

The clarinet came to me in playable condition, however it had a few small leaks and would benefit from better regulation, so I chose to complete a full overhaul, which included:

• All keys removed and polished, body treated with sweet almond oil. 
• Installed new tenon corks and key bumpers 
• Tone holes checked for imperfections -only a couple needed resurfacing
• Complete re-pad using Pisoni Lucien Deluxe White Leather pads (from J.L. Smith) on the upper joint and in the smaller two key cups on the lower joint; four Gore-Tex pads in the large cups on the lower joint; a beveled cork pad in the register key.
• Keys opening height (venting) carefully adjusted for optimal response, intonation, and evenness throughout the range
• Spring tension on the F#/C# and B/F# (banana) keys slightly reduced to improve playing comfort

The clarinet plays very evenly with characteristic Tosca rich velvety tone. 

Low-F Correction Key functions perfectly and provides a significant intonation improvement- very useful in solo repertoire as well as when playing in unison with bassoons and/or cellos.

Included is the original Buffet Tosca double case in very good condition, showing only minimal signs of use inside and out.
