Up for sale is a Boss CE-2 Chorus manifactured in January 1980, one of the early "silver screw"/long dash examples, in great shape and fully working!
The pedal has recently been serviced and works exactly as it should. The battery clip and one knob have been replaced, while the original circuit is still untouched. Cosmetically, it shows only light signs of use such as dings and superficial scratches. At some point in its life, the inside of the enclosure was coated with yellow paint.
When plugged in, you instantly get why this pedal is a classic. The chorus is warm, deep and three dimensional, adding movement without masking the guitar's natural tone.
Comes without original box.
