- Recapped all electrolytic capacitors in the Main board
- Replaced soldered battery with a battery holder and newly fresh coin battery
- Upgraded firmware EPROM with the latest version 1.53
- Installed 3-in-1 expansion board which includes

EXP-3: Urban Dance Project
EXP-4: The Perfect Piano
Additionally, this Ensoniq MR-Rack comes with a generic 2MB SRAM card, where you can load the banks of the MRC-1 or MRD-1 via sysex.
Everything works fine, audio outputs, MIDI In/Out, buttons, knobs and a bright display.
