Suhr Classic T Antique – Trans White

Available at Muziekhandel Oudenaarde, the Suhr Classic T Antique in Trans White captures the soul of a well-loved vintage T-style guitar while delivering the precision, reliability, and playability modern musicians demand. Designed to feel like "your new old friend," the Classic T Antique blends timeless tone with boutique-level craftsmanship and innovative Suhr technology.

Built around a resonant swamp ash body, the Classic T Antique offers the snap, clarity, and dynamic response that have made this style of guitar a favorite for generations. The ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish allows the wood to breathe naturally, while the tasteful light aging, checking, and subtle dings create the look and feel of a cherished vintage instrument from day one.

The tinted maple neck and fingerboard feature Suhr's comfortable 60's C Vintage Medium profile, measuring .830"-.950", providing a substantial yet familiar feel in the hand. Combined with a compound 9"-12" radius and medium stainless steel frets, the Classic T Antique offers effortless playability, smooth bends, and exceptional long-term durability.

Loaded with a pair of Suhr Classic T single-coil pickups featuring Alnico 5 magnets, this guitar delivers authentic vintage-inspired twang, articulate cleans, and rich dynamic response. Suhr's acclaimed SSCII (Silent Single Coil System II) eliminates unwanted 60-cycle hum while preserving the pure character of traditional single-coil pickups—all without requiring a battery.

A Wilkinson compensated 3-saddle bridge provides the classic tone and feel associated with vintage T-style guitars while significantly improving intonation. Suhr Locking Tuners further enhance tuning stability and make string changes quick and effortless, ensuring the guitar is always ready for the stage or studio.
