2007 Gibson Les Paul Custom Classic w/ 3 Pickups Guitar of the Week #42 - Heritage Cherry Sunburst | USA Limited Edition 400 Made

All guitar hardware included, I took photos while cleaning so some of the pic's were taken with the strings and hardware removed so you can see the body and fretboard condition. First pic listed shows all hardware reinstalled and new 9-42 Ernie Ball Super Slinky 2223 strings.

2007 Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom w/ 3 Pickups Guitar of the Week #42, is a rare, limited-run guitar. Only 400 units were produced. Finished in Heritage Cherry Sunburst, it was famously inspired by Ace Frehley’s iconic 3-pickup Les Paul.

This Les Paul Classic Custom combines the DNA of Gibson's most popular guitars for an exciting instrument that really steals the show. Sort of a lower priced version of an Ace Frehley signature model. Very hard to find. The body is mahogany with a carved maple top. 24.75 inch scale, '60s slim taper neck features a bound ebony fingerboard with trapezoid inlays. A trio of Dimarzio Super Distortion pickups give you powerful tone. A Tuneomatic bridge, Stopbar tailpiece and Grover tuners round out the package. Top notch appointments include chrome plated hardware, multiple body binding, and a bound headstock with crown inlay. The finish is a gorgeous cherry sunburst lacquer. A very, very attractive instrument, including original Gibson hardshell case, and manufacturer's papers that were sent with the guitar(Papers in pic's). Pick gard included.

It is a real eye-catcher and immediately brings to mind the legendary Les Paul Custom of the sadly recently deceased Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley.

The reason it is listed as very good is: The back of the guitar has buckle rash, I tried to identify it in the pic's so please look closely. Where the neck meets the body there is a slight sign of alligatoring, typical for a 19 year old guitar. Lastly, when held at an angle to the light there are pinky finger prints around the control nobs and 3-way switch. They are hard to see in the pic's.
