Selmer USA Liberty LSS-501L straight soprano saxophone in gold lacquer finish.
Purchased new from Sax.co.uk in 2020 for £1099. Includes original Selmer Liberty case and mouthpiece.
The instrument is in excellent cosmetic condition and has been carefully stored. Lacquer is very clean with no obvious dents, dings or significant damage. Keys, rods and mechanism all appear in very good condition, and the original case is also clean and fully functional.
This sax has not been recently serviced, so I cannot guarantee perfect regulation or pad seal, and it is priced accordingly. However, when last played it responded well, produced a good sound and showed no obvious leaks or pad issues.
A great-quality intermediate straight soprano saxophone, ideal for advancing players, doublers, or anyone looking for a well-made soprano without paying Yamaha or Yanagisawa prices.
